Coming fresh out of college and being given the lead position in the company lab and in her chosen profession would be a dream come true. Getting in on the ground floor of a bright new industry has got a lot of wow factor for a young professional. If the company had been sincere in becoming a major player in the algae biz the sky would have been the limit for her.

There really aren't that many successful companies in the algae field with job openings. I'm afraid that green eco-friendly industry is just a passing fad, economic pressure prohibits its total embrace. Microturbins may be the exception they run on just about anything that can flow through the injectors.

LOTM,

During October and November shareholders were spanking each other over her, calling her the savior of BEHL. How she was such a huge benefit to the company as a VAR, that she was the piece needed to bring this to Government attention, the omega needed for synergy.... Her contacts and network were invaluable to BEHL and sha had already set up multiple contracts just waiting to be signed.

Domini,

Fresh out of college, the least probable person to land a job at Exxon, so it stands to reason why she would start at a start up company. Not sure your point, as there were no credentials needed to work for BEHL, just know how to cultivate algae was all that was required. In fact shareholders continuously played her up as the person delivering the quality and why shouldn't they since BEHL was playing her up as the resident "Phycologist". In fact more than enough PR's claim her experience to be more than enough to deliver the results the company was after, Dennis surely had no problem using her for a few pump PRs.
