It has two differenct statuses on the same site. Absolutely stupid. But, the one you were looking at says it's updated weekly so hopefully by the end of today.

Who did you talk to? I just called and I was told that UNDT is active and the website should reflect that when it's updated on Sunday.

Today, it's officially ACTIVE!
Has been changed from suspended to active.
OK UNDT.....now's the time!
