That is the way it has mostly been here, tough but possible to get shares at the bid. Especially freakin .0002's. Still see no one has claimed getting tons of those. imo

I don’t think anyone was able too. I believe 4s are pretty much history unless something negative happens. We now have some new smart investors buying in at 5s and the long ICOA shareholders left. We should see a nice and steady climb from here. JMO.
