clearly...not a meeting of the minds on stte/fed level...but fed attorney general did say that basically they would honor the state's rights if the mj "players" played by the existing state rules..and did not venture from them..anotherwords, file your paperwork, pay your taxes..walk a straight line. i believe our forefathers that wrote the constitution would much favor states rigts..and feds just mind your business.
