My CGSYQ analysis of the chart and timelines. Pivotal acquired the immediate convertibles in Sep/Oct and the pps dropped to .000's. Once that happened they executed there warrants and bought the over 70 million shares on the big pop in late march. We are now just in a holding pattern for the announcement from Pivotal of there plans for the shell they have acquired!!!! Pick up all you can before that announcement IMO!
