Always a possibility but for now i see no reason for the SEC to do much other than investigate. Unlike SAE*, LEXG isn't claiming any lies.

So while this is a promo POS with a mega MOASS on there's no reason for SEC to halt it jus because traders/ investors think LEXG is worth 10.00+ to them.
