My take is that Seawinds greatest contribution would be that they are a up and running company with expertise in the field, I never saw them as bringing a immediate large revenue source to the table. Rudana needed Seawind to operate projects, and perhaps Seawind needed Rudana for more projects???? Rudana is also utilizing BSP for the solar projects, to me, Rudana is the middleman supplying contracts and investment connections, the investment money still needs to be drummed up. The technical "geeks" needed to build and operate the power plants would be provided by Seawind and BSP. The cost of the investment money is key here.
I have hung around so far, but am still trying to watch this one closely.
