Race would have been listed as “NEGRO” in 1961, not African. Just look at any other genuine birth certificate from Hawaii in 1961 for a black person. Quote “I worked as a dental tech in the 1960s and there were five races that were authorized for official medical documents. Look for another black man’s birth certificate Alex. It should read Negro or Negroid in the race box.”

Guess the current forger forgot that there was no PC back then…. LOL psyche!
