imho 15-20 weeks for a merger then another 2weeks in legal dept. you can expect 3-4 weeks a steady flow of volume but not enough to set off radars. 2weeks prior you'll see increase in volume on the leaks and speculation of completion of deal. I still think where are about 8 weeks out till start to see a glimpse of full picture. I personally think we will not see much until Sec. figure out if it will increase the amount of shareholder for private companies.
There is a big push to increase from 500 to 2000 in private companies. Vincent is a big backer of the increase
