Thanks for sharing your insights, Hank. JMIH's sales have been strong according to their PR's. FPB also reports strong sales in FL. It seems that many people still want their playtoys (boats) no matter what the cost. Many boats were badly damaged or destroyed in the hurricanes last summer and I suspect that many are now looking to spend their insurance money at least as long as new boats are insurable. I would also assume that JMIH's expansion of their mfg facilities is based more on demand rather than hope.

Hank, You are not building up cash are you? Sorry, had to say that. I understand why you don't like cash, but I will bet you that there are several on this board that wish that they had sold CPTC in Dec or Jan to build up cash. I even saw one guy on another board say that he dreaded the margin call that he would get tomorrow. I don't know how he bought CPTC on margin. Maybe he had higher priced stocks on margin and the fact that his account dropped so much due to CPTC today he will be getting a margin call.

10bagger, I wish you had let us know you were going to dump some shares...so I could have gotten my buy orders in! Missed the bottom on JMIH today. Never thought I would be buying at .25 and under. Stock trading at an annualized P/E of 5 (excluding loan guarantee charge last quarter).

p.s. Surprised to hear about you selling a large position in a thinly traded OTC:BB stock all at once. The MM's must love you! I'd suggest breaking it up into 5-10K blocks. Might pay a few hundred more in commissions...but will probably save thousands.

Thanks for the detailed DD on boat builder plight in FL. Very interesting and discouraging for JMIH holders for sure. Luckily JMIH had good backlog to work on.
