DD= Due Diligence or Drill Down. Basically it’s putting in the effort to confirm and expand upon what you might read or hear about something…. in this case a stock such as NEOM.
As far as your question about Virgin & NEOM you should probably start with the posts after the first of the year and start reading. Most recently the posts by movieguy and Williamfl (~4/15-4/17) who were both at the last hearing, and passed on information to the board indicating that the case may be a non-issue at this point and in it’s final stages of a settlement.
Due Diligence is another expression for Research or Homework, as Jim Cramer likes to call it.
