Again, way back in the day (Oct- dec '10) talks from george were the 3rd reduction would start to eliminate some of the float, if it did, I do not know. I guess we will see tomorrow.
Either way the stock is looking a lot more fluid than it was last year, .0004-.0006 went down with 60 million shares, last year it would have taken 150 million +
George already stated all these Reductions & Cancellations of shares goes towards decreasing the ICOA total Shares outstanding, has nothing to do with the float. IMO, so the Float IMO should stay the same or close to it. Appx 800 to 900 Million, but most of the float are own by people like us posting on I-Hub no less. I see .0008 to .001 comming by next week if ?? george can put out just 1 more of course all positive PR about WIST or other News of positiive interest. IMO
