I don't know about the idiot part, because I still believe "some" of the EV cars will move in Govt fleets, the FOTON trucks will move in fleets, and the electric charging stations will sell, so I will keep buying EVCA as long as the pps stays below .02

I did manage to pick up 40k so far this morning, however it took the MM 4 trades to fill such a small order, makes me think there are NOT a lot of free shares floating around.
