Agree. Many things are possible. But as you admit by saying "it is possible" we do not know the answer based on hard current released info. With RCC's history it is very high risk to make investing decisions based on possibilities. Considering the lack of progress and problems RCC should be transparent and get all their ducks in order for the market. Claiming they will and doing it are two different things. He should be sensitive to the contradictions if he really had a good story to tell. If he continues to allow these contradictions to remain unresolved he may be vague for reasons that are not in our best interest. He has does so numerous times in the past.
