Respectfully, to a degree, I'll disagree with you. I believe expanding our farming operation beyond the current 1,800 acres under cultivation is of equal value. Anyone who has recently bought groceries or fuel has noted the price inflation of them. The citizens of third world countries such as SL suffer more than we do when prices rise. We absolutely must be able to feed our workers to not only maintain goodwill but production. Surplus foodstuffs can be sold at an increasing profit in country. If we could grow an oil seed like soybeans we could make our own bio-diesel & animal feed byproduct on site. I've a farmer friend who does this in the back of his barn to run his diesel engines. Golden Star in nearby Ghana does this on site using palm oil. Then we wouldn't have to travel miles overland to procure sometimes contaminated fuel which has been problematic.
