Problem I have is that report is not official. It only published what Gene told them on this issue. Until the fact that IWS is registered in two states. And CO has different shares issued per state documents and FL company(Claude's) does not have Gene's name on it any longer. And that change was the lasted filing we have a problem. He needs to get that cleared up. When things contradict then we choose to believe what we want but can't be sure of the answer. It is very possible that if Claude and Gene had a falling out that he dropped Gene from the latest Fl filing. But that does not mean it is legally correct. Nothing conclusive about this issue as far as I am concerned.
If this is a real company someone here should be in contact with the CEO and be able to get clarification on this. But apparently not.
