I believe the completion PR will come today or tomorrow. It's a logical expectation. The last PR stated that BRZL had gotten a one month extension to complete the merger, which was originally scheduled to be completed on or before March 31. Therefore, the team working on it has been working with an end of April deadline in mind. Typically, a team of folks focusing on a deadline push and finish just in time for that deadline...not days earlier, not halfway through the deadline period. It's just the way most people are wired. It's human nature.
There are two trading days (and potential PR days) left in April: Today or tomorrow. My guess is that they are currently crossing "t"s and dotting "i"s, and that we'll see the PR within the next 32 hours.
I believe that this is MORE likely than another delay. Everyone had better be locked and loaded, IMO.
