I agree with you..I found this and if im reading it right the shares were sold march 1st 2011 and the receipt didnt come out until later.
Volume BYSD:
3/1/11=20,135,900
3/2/11=75,136,600 price was .003
3/3/11=75,136,600 price was .004
3/4/11=22,066,600 price was .004

I was just looking at a chart and didnt look at the sell/buy volume but IMO i would assume that those shares were traded in that time period
