GERS needs to get the pps above par as they stated in the 10-K as a certainty. GERS OS is closing in on the AS and they can't afford to pay bills including the legal beagles without more shares to sell in their current fire sale.

Look at vol, AS is almost maxed out, how else can they get more fund. From revenue? not yet. From loan? NO, From RS and issue more share. It is what it is. You look at there history, after RS back to .0001. JIMO,I got a private reply" why would I write this if I own it",why would I bash a .0001 stock, it's not going any lower so I can buy more at a lower price.
