You are absolutely correct, if this was in fact an intermarket sweep order it would have to be followed by additional digit showing the reference of price point. The table for this market shows "F" for intermarket sweep orders. A "Z" is in fact an out of sequence or late trade, as the info dug up earlier supports this fact that such trades occur because of non ACT users.
