Well Zoltan Nagy has now resigned from the BOD of Raptor Technology Group, and as it's sole principal officer, and has been replaced by Tom Gleason! The transition via acquisition of RaptorF&E by Raptor Technology Group is now forthcoming, and this is GREAT NEWS for us all.
