What I don't understand is -- how does one not stay on top of stuff like this? Not that I think StarFest Direct is contributing anything to the bottom line - they aren't according to the 10-K. It sure does draw further unwanted attention to just how poorly your business is managed.
IMO, what it really screams out is that there isn't even enough cash to pay the SHARED hosting fees. All of this from the division that was so gloriously hyped to bring $60 - $200 million a year in revenues.
SHARED hosting .. gimme a flippin' break ... that's a signal right there that you admit you will be having zero to little traffic to your site.
