The price can be anything but if it does not sustain the R/S price and no one is buying then it does not really matter as it will only go down. What was the R/S price on ICBT this last time ( .002 )? Where are we now ( as low as .0004 - .0007 range )? In other words most have lost much of their original investment after the R/S and what they have in shares now are worth very little. It is ridiculous what has happened with this stock.
It traded 35,000 shares the day after the R/S at between .002 - .0014 ( very few at the higher end ) and immediately the next trading day it dropped only to trade between .0005 - .0009. That is terrible IMO.
