Enwise was bankrupt remember? We gave them a small loan and took them in receivership (majority at least). For the rest of the company we had to offer shares, and we had to keep some suppliers on board with shares too as well. Recall from a previous EnWise release (pre WLSA talk) that they had achieved profitability and were on pace for something like $8-12mil in annual revenues (can't find it because old website is gone now but i did post it a while back).
