It's a simple enough question - what would any VC who invested in JBI Inc., get in return for a $5 million cash investment? Other than a copy of the JBI Inc. business plan, of course.

The answer is more than likely the VC's wont get anything of significance, but I don't think John truly went on this show to get 5 mil. If he wanted that he could sale 2.5 mil or so shares. What he really wanted was to get the word out and get some eyes on this thing so the world can begin to see what he has. I truly don't believe that if everything that has been said about P2O is false that JB would have went on this show. Everything is true and that is all it takes to get this thing moving, once big players realize this and do some DD the stock price will move very fast, then JB could sale 500,000 shares and get his $5 mil. Watch this thing run over these next couple of months. I think we could touch $5-$10 very easily.

LOL, silly question. Even mega profitable companies raise money all the time. Anybody who has done more than 5 minutes of fundamental investing should know that.

maybe the 5 million is for fast track expansion? their 10k or 8k talked about modular roll out. if each machine costs 600 grand like he said on the BNN interview, is he saying 5 million gets you 6 machines in a modular set up at the interested parties locations? thats what I took away from the recent published info

the market seems to like the interview too being up 24% so far today

because of this interview does JBII have to file another disclaimer as to why the sp is increasing? or is the SEC gonna leave them alone with out distractions?

That is a good question for that board because they are not hearing the right information or asking the right questions; furthermore, if they have not invested in JBII they will be scratching their heads wondering - WHY DID I MISS THIS GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY.
