I am very familiar with the area. ahaha This is a good company but they had some bumps a few years ago. Changed up things and turning it around. Problem is they are not going to leave the pinks anytime soon. They are saving a bunch by doing that. They alos carried over some losses this year. That's why the balance sheets look better. GL man I'll be watching closely
