Its risky but yes its a possibility. Just look at what the sale of DBSD (which was in chapter 11 bk like TSTR) did for the parent company ICOG. I think like $300+ million went to to ICOG over the deal when Ergen (DISH and Echostar) bought DBSD for $1.45 billion. The key with TSTR will be who bids on the assets???? They have a May 4th hearing to approve their auction process which should be completed in June. The spectrum is the biggest asset and extremely desireable. TSTR holds the FCC license for the other half of the S-band spectrum(the other half was held by DBSD). Again, its risky but I'm keeping an eye on it.
