I know they had contracts with some of those hospitals, but was unsure of the scope of the whole operation.

When I talked to one of the local hospitals in my area (Vassar) that uses DTI they commented that the competition was growing within the field due to the technology.

Dave Stauffer has made it clear they continue to keep abreast of the latest tech advances and this award ( and it is an award since this is a NYC government operation I believe) is a pretty significant renewal.

I've told some on this board before but for about 3-4 years in the last decade all I did was cabinet and millwork installations in NYC hospitals.....I know the scope of the system fairly well, this contract is pretty big and would have been a major loss for the company.

PR worthy for sure IMO.
