So Audit is required for both companies? This will be interesting and I will be waiting to see what happens specially QASP audits. Until corporate structure is resolved not sure how a Audit of QASP will be done.

Here is the response from question: Will the filing of the SEC form S1-S4 delay the stock exchange with QASP? When do you think PR may come out?
Response: The SEC registration will determine the timeline for the restriction status of the Centacom shares in the stock exchange; we are earnestly working with our legal team in order to finalize the details of the exchange and final details will be released via a PR as soon as given clearance by the attorneys.
My read out of this we will have a stock exchange before we get the SEC registration. PR can be any time today or next week???
