I believe right from beginning that this deal has to happen otherwise JR's 480M shares will not be worth much.

But RM is now depending on audit report.

So RM should happen but when nobody knows.

Now we all know. They are buying Renfro LLC for cash. This helps us make a new list of questions.

1) Anyone know how much cash BRZL is paying for Renfro LLC?
2) BRZL had no money in their last filings. Where will they get the money from to buy Renfro LLC?
3)Is this what is holding the merger closing up. Do they need to raise money first before they can do the merger?
4)Does anyone know if BRZL already raised the money they need to buy Renfro LLC?

In exchange for cash consideration and a net profits interest in the property, BRZL will purchase 100% of the membership interests in RE which includes the company’s two producing oil wells making 12-15 barrels per day.

Excellent dd and homework 'strike_early'. With your dd in mind and the other things going on lIke:
1) the share / company is already in LIMELIGHT--- more than 20 million shares were sold today-- average for past 10 days is now 22 million
2) the share is grossly underpriced--- especially with the RM news round the corner.
3) upward price movement/appreciation potential is about 500% plus on the short term.
4) havent haerd anyone talking negative about this stock-- after all people cannot be foools-- this reminds me of VPRO-- which was called correctly by IHUB board members and indeed from 0.025 in went upto 0.085 in a matter of 4 months.
Keeping all this in mind and the impending RM and the oil production round the corner, I cannot help predicting that this share is gonna whiz past 0.02 in no time

Strike- I had read all this dd before. Thanks for laying it out so concisely. When Rainmaker brought it up the first thing I thought about was the cash consideration part. I heard it was $1m, source from Admiral LaGrange.(His source ?) This was to be Weiss's area of expertise, that's why he was ceo until the funding was complete. Afterwords, JR was to take over, which apparently he now has. I think your right- this is all but a done deal. Just waiting for audit completion.
