The billionare from Russia was the founder of Mglg in the 2005. He was in a mess with another person who kinda messed him up legally and i think still is not resulted on courts. Russian man was set to park his assets with a publicly co. Mglg was the idea. Yahoo finance still has him listed as the founder of the co in 2005...
