Swamp on CC Owens was asked and clearly agreed they cannot buy the stock. He said if they did with deal going on that would be insider trading. He clearly when asked stated not buying shares. I think he will have plenty with share exchange.

I had stated that Centa may purchase shares, AFTER all info became public. Which would negate insider status, would it not? After all, companies often buyback their stock, and purchase other companies' stock. Hedge funds do it all the time, and most larger companies have investment portfolios of stock in other companies. Only after the 5% threshold do they have to report it, and then they have some time (days I know) to report it, but you can purchase an awfully lot of stock in that time frame.

Companies even buy enough to have hostile takeovers, which is, I guess, what the goal is here, in a way.

whoa!are you sure insider trading is illegal? it can't be ! if so joe is in bigger trouble than I thought!
