Yeah, those things worry me as well.
On Xtrax however, it is not yet marketable. As of the 10K they were still in the process of getting UL approval (which I could have sworn was taken care of last fall, but apparently that was yet another egg counted as a chicken). After getting UL approval, they still need to go through two more approval processes: the latter is getting approval from the wireless carriers; I forget now what the second one is...
In any case, it's not ready for market. They say they plan to roll it out this year - I say they're planning the chicken's 1st birthday party whilst looking at the egg.
An egg, by the way, is what I'm expecting to show up under revenue on the upcoming 10Q.
If there's one thing I've learned about this company's MO, it's this: No news is bad news.
