Right now that is an awful dog's breakfast they have between KATG and KATX. KATG currently owes KATX a huge bill for paying for all the H C work already. Now who is going to pay for the Phase 2 ? I think you are going to see huge dilution coming up for KATG and a very low trading price to go along with it. In my opinion they have made one big corporate mess. Thanks in part to the high and mighty big rip=off Wall Street Law Firm. I believe Ken was very badly taken !!
