The filings state that the financial information was audited,
not the filing,

but if the auditors were given misinformation to work with
then their report does not have alot of meaning,

I can tell you by just looking at 2006 that there is between $800,000 and 1.3 million that does not show up as a cash balance
and it should,


they have assets purchased of $457,977 that I see no notes to
support, their numbers do not add, and some information about
a $400,000 loan from Andy Thompson that was used to buy the first
10 cameras never hit the 2006 reports,

they bought Mirco with borrowed money, stocks, and notes they
never repaid,
