I understand all of what you say. My point is that I can not know why it was capped or why it went down...but FINRA can. Again, if I am wrong the so be it...but I am betting when all the orders are looked at it was the MM that capped the price and not any other investors.

I will leave it at that until FINRA finishes their investigation and lets me know.
