These pink sheet losers put red flags on promoted stocks without any basis to try clean their image of a weak exchange. I am sure they will be forced to remove it since company is current with regulatory fillings

It got Caveat Emptor status because of the "questionable stock promotion". I don't think anyone will question their decision.

According to whom? Shorts can keep a short position open for as long as they can afford to do so, just as longs can keep a short position open for as long as they can afford to do so.
