Anian : I'll reply as the MOD , that requests for links of individuals are OFF TOPIC to the stock / company / related material / Monks Den .

The SEC has ample links for litigations and convictions of stock promoter individuals , but those links would also be off topic because ( or if ) they are not related to Cascadia / CDIV .

Please do not pursue this further .

You must realize that when Jerry Williams (aka "Monk") was promoting CDIV to thousands of people on this board, he was doing so not only as an individual, but as the sole Managing Partner of MonksDen LLC., the sole Managing Partner of FirstInAwareness LLC., as an agent for Cascadia Investments Inc, and as a paid-promoter for Cascadia Investments Inc.


Each of these entities stood to gain profit through pumping of CDIV at the expense of many individuals who were instructed to "buy and hold" CDIV shares. Each role Monk was playing was in a direct conflict of interest with those individuals who were relying on his advice to "buy and hold" shares in his four "FLDs".
