I've been in contact with the TA, OTCMarkets as well as the attorney. As much as it doesn't seem possible, I have to believe the O/S is as OTCMarkets has it.

I know for a fact that OTCBB is wrong, because the 298M figure was what it was prior to the R/S and when the A/S was 400M. It's what I applied the 1:200 R/S to which led me to believe the O/S was just 1.5M. Until the daily trades showed THAT wasn't possible. ( :

Those figures are shown in their disclosure statement, in fact.

What I can't fathom is the possibility that after increasing the A/S to 50B (!) after doing the R/S, Bryant issued so many shares to someone to sell.

Too bad I can't get Bryant to respond to my emails.
