Sounds like they are only providing the equipment. And as usual the "PR" is vague and contradictory.

"RCC/IWS to Build 500,000 GPD Plant"
vs

"The company's customer will manage the construction and operation of the plants using IWS technology and other required subcontractors."

Does not sound like IWS is building anything. Just maybe potentially selling one or so SBRs.
