It was this info that sent the stock tumbling. It had nothing to do with Johnson. This stuff is years old and full restitution was made.
It's my personally belief that things like this shouldn't follow you for the rest of your life and in this case the penalty was way far worse than the crime.
The company simply shipped heavy oil in place of sweat crude. Something tells me it happens more than what we know about.
