You are correct about this. Seen it so many times with Pinks! It will dip like it is doing now and get pumped bcd up to .003 or .0031 at the end of the day. Or maybe not no one knows for sure.

The lack of PR's and news is showing on the candle stick chart. It's got so tight over the last few days.
