yes the execution is wierd but the desire to acquire @ .01 when it's been @ .0079 is delicious... im not sure if you have read any of the news postings on their web wall w/ the LOI and the argentinian contracts etc... in my opinion i believe they are close to turning the LOI into a binding agreement and are waiting for consummation of that to happen... then it's go time w/ a PR campaign
