Can anyone tell me why it is ok for Dean to post a video on youtube which demonstrates SOME functionality of the DViS (2-D) while not demonstrating other functionality (3-D realtime)?
Wouldn't showing the unapproved functionality of any approved device be considered "marketing?"
Also, can anyone tell me what Dean has been doing all this time since the shareholders meeting in January? He said then that the redone submittal was supposed to be sent in Feb/ March. Then April comes along and instead of announcing a submitted 510K, he comes up with this cockamaney 3 step process.
I'm not big on conspiracy theories, but I think the most logical conclusion is that the device cannot at this time do 3-D realtime.
Only a CC, when Dean can be "cross examined", and a real-time demonstration of the device will dispel all the fears and suspicions. But IMO, and for obvious reasons, neither will ever happen.
