A clean means that the only worth of the company is its name. AHMIQ is not a brand name as far as I am concerned. I also do not care how many shares exist. If it is merged in to some other company or vise versa and is valued for $200,000 then

$200,000 / 556.000.000 shares = .003 per share. That is lower than the $.02 it is trading for now.

If you want to gamble with your money then buy NLY, get a 15% dividend, and hope interest rates don't go up any time soon.
