Dated end of july. Price of ore on that date was also around 80 a ton. I think this explains where the 80 a ton came from. Could be wrong but it sounds a lot more reasonable then Bob lied on a permit just to save some taxes. I still think we should try to find another permit from another company and see how they compare

Right before the Kriton was being loaded, I did some dd on that letter of intent.

I talked with some folks and the Chinese group. They "claimed/stated" that they had not contracted ANY shipments of iron ore with CWRN. However, they were still interested in negotiating a deal.

Since the Kriton was in the process of being loaded and the group claimed the two parties had never established a contract, it seemed obvious CWRN shipped to a separate entity - not the one mentioned in the LOI. For obvious reasons, future shipments may very well be negotiated with that particular entity.
