HUH?

I run 2 companies myself. (actually anybody can run any number of companies from one to infinity)
Both are managed by me.
One is dormant and one makes money. The dormant company actually can lose money, if it is tax effective.
They have nothing else in common. No payment is due from one to another, unless I decide otherwise.

AND I HOLD THE DORMANT COMPANY IN TRUST FOR THE OTHER OR OTHER WAY AROUND AS I PLEASE (this part is actually a fantasy. I would have to do a deed first, but it is an excercise which would take me about an hour and cost 100 bucks. However, it would serve no practical purpose, so I will not do it)
