I believe there are more documents surrounding the sale of the ore,so we dont have enough information at this point....now what do you think?

I believe (being the eternal optimist) is that the revenue number could be just an estimate, just because it was a very round number at $3,600,000 or whatever it was. When filling out permitting for state/local governments/insurance (where applicable and not fraudulent practice) businesses typically have to estimate revenue during a part of the process. With CWRN registering for the permit they may have had to guesstimate what type of revenue they would get from the ore. As a person who has filled out similar forms I've always low balled my estimates in the past; no particular reason other than I wanted to be conservative in all aspects of the business projections. There is clearly not enough information out there to fully determine what the real deal is, but there are other scenarios besides a "doomsday" scenario that they got $80/ton. JMO. It'll definitely be interesting to find out more, but whatever the end result it's not the end of the world....nothing at best and a setback at the worst.
