thanks fisherman - i understand where you're coming from. i know there is a lot of excitement about this R/M - and with good reason. I just want some background. I've posted a few times asking for some link to any PRs or news regarding the events leading up to this merger - just to have a better feel for this company. All I could find were some older PRs about the goals to merge with the solar company and then this biotech merger gets announced. I imagine there is some background or previous announcement about this deal - i just can't seem to find it which is why i'm asking the board.
I have another company that I have been following for a long time - EYS*, and it is easier for me to be comfortable with an investment when I know a bit more.
Would still appreciate more info about the history here, even though the merger is complete. .....and GLTA!
