Just wanted to add on to your comment. I think the refill kit may be a one time sale. However the remanufactured ink are not. Being that the case, the #1 problem will be HP or Cannon or other big brands putting pressure, and requesting the retail chain to boycott remanufactured cartridges due to competition purposes. It's always the big brands having the say. So having LKEN's products or any remanufactured ink in the retail market is tough. However, I see the online market for LKEN's products a big possibility. They can try going from there; also online sales sometimes outnumber retail sales. ex: Amazon.com, half.com, etc. With the down economy, lots of people turn to online shopping for cheaper deals...

-GO LKEN.

-24/7 Customer support.
-New distribution centers.
-Ability to produce 1 million kits a month.
-New experienced marketing team with excellent credentials.
-Increased advertisements via internet and magazine sales.
-Real product that works as advertised.
-Many addditional products besides the kit available.
-Product used by large % of the population.
-Will always need more ink.
-All this and more to come in a relativley short period of time.
-this and it is a pinky...crazy I know.

There is no 24/7 Customer Support as claimed, I've mentioned this numerous times, they stop picking up after around 9pm EST. If anyone else is still up right now, go ahead and try to call them, it'll go straight to voicemail.

Are you referring to the E Perrin address as a new distribution center? If so its not really a big deal if you look at the size of that thing.

Experienced Marketing Team with excellent credentials? And what credentials would these be? (A serious question.)

I agree with Increased advertisements via internet and it is a real product that works

The many additional products aren't really of much use for the most part and I doubt there are very many sales if any for the other products.

Ink Refill kits aren't really a product used by a large % of the population, unless you mean just ink as a whole. However ink and ink refill are two separate categories and Lenny really isn't doing much to make consumers of ink switch to buying their product vs the competition or actual cartridges, all the infomercials sound and look scripted and there is absolutely no enthusiasm there. A 5 year old will do a better job giving it a personal touch and not a "Robotic" one.

Will always need more ink? You're living in a digital world. Technology is advancing, the use of paper and ink as a whole is on a decreasing trend. Look at the New York Times that reported the fact that their numbers dropped significantly. Why? Because people are now using things like iPads, Playbooks, Kindles, and all that other stuff to replace the need of paper. On the school side of things, during my years of high school, the majority of assignments notes etc. were all digital vs the traditional paper and pencil notes or printed assignments you'd be expecting. My point is Things are becoming more digitilized and the need for ink is decreasing. However as you said we will always need more as we will possibly always need ink for things like "Contracts" etc.

Just my thoughts and I'm sure you disagree.
